Travel & Hotel
Please note that you must register for the APN Conference prior to booking your room. This ensures attendees receive hotel preference. For best availability and immediate confirmation, register for the APN Conference online, as requests received via fax or mail may take longer to process.
Once you register for the APN Conference, you will receive a code that allows you to make your hotel accommodations at the discounted rate. If you register online, you will immediately receive a confirmation receipt with this code. If you register by phone, a customer service representative will give you your hotel code. If you register via fax or mail, ONS Customer Service will email you the hotel code.
Now that you have registered for the conference, reserve your room by October 15 to receive the discounted rate. All hotel requests are processed on an availability basis. Please note that ONS Customer Service is unable to process any housing requests.
Reduced Airfares
Carlson-Wagonlit Travel (800-786-4857) is the official travel agency for the APN Conference. You can also make your travel arrangements on your own through the service of your choice.
Ground Transportation
Orlando International Airport is approximately 15 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center, and Peabody Hotel/Rosen Center/Rosen Plaza (ONS housing block hotels).

Taxi fare from Orlando International Airport to the Orange County Convention Center and the official conference hotels is approximately $35 each way.
