Online registration is now closed, but you can still register for Congress. Simply call ONS Customer Service toll free at 866-257-4ONS or register on-site at the convention center.

Congress Day Passes Are Available!

If you can't attend the full conference, you don't have to miss out on the learning! Day passes are available for each day of Congress. Head to the registration desk when you get to the convention center, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Confirmation Information

You will receive confirmation information within two weeks after your registration has been processed. If you do not receive your confirmation within this time frame, please contact ONS Customer Service.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in full (less a $20 processing fee) when requested before March 24. Fifty percent refunds will be made when requested between March 25 and April 14. No refunds will be made after April 14. Refunds will be processed 4–6 weeks after the conference.

Guest Passes

Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying registrant for his or her guests. The guest pass fee covers admission into the exhibit hall only. You can purchase them when you register for Congress or on site at the Registration desk.
