ONS has secured discounted hotel rates for Congress attendees. The deadline to receive the reduced rates is March 25, so make your reservations now, as all hotel requests are processed on an availability basis.*
Remember, you must register for Congress prior making hotel reservations. This will ensure that registered attendees get preference when booking their rooms. For best availability and immediate confirmation, register for Congress online now. Requests received via fax or mail may take longer to process.
Once you register for Congress, you will receive a special discount hotel code that allows you to make your hotel accommodations online. If you register for Congress online, you will immediately receive a confirmation receipt containing the hotel code. If you register by phone, a customer service representative will give you your hotel code. If you register via fax or mail, ONS Customer Service will e-mail you with your hotel code.
Reduced Airfares
Carlson-Wagonlit Travel (800-786-4857) is the official travel agency for Congress. You can also make your travel arrangements on your own through the service of your choice.
Ground Transportation
Logan International Airport is approximately three miles from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Upon Arrival at the airport, go to baggage claim for shuttle/taxi service.
