Online registration is now closed. We’ll be happy to take your registration onsite in San Diego.

You will also have the opportunity to register for the Congress Virtual Meeting and special optional preconference education when you register for the conference.

Congress fees include attendance to the educational sessions and commercial exhibits.

Important Confirmation Information

Prior to April 30, you will receive a high-priority email with the subject line ONS Congress Registration Information 2010. Please be sure to print the email and bring it with you to the conference to receive your name badge and other conference materials. Your name badge will not be sent in the mail this year. To ensure you receive the email confirmation, add Congress@compusystems.com to your address book, contact list, or safe list to avoid it being labeled as spam. Please contact ONS Customer Service with any questions.

Guest Passes

Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying conference registrant for his or her guests. The guest pass fee covers entrance into the commercial exhibit hall only. You can purchase them when you register for Congress online or on site at the Registration desk.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in full (less a $20 processing fee) when requested before April 8. Fifty percent refunds will be made when requested between April 9 and April 29. No refunds will be made after April 29. Refunds will be processed 4–6 weeks after the conference.
