Hotel and Travel

Program Costs
Registration
Submit a registration fee of $125 per participant ($375 per team) to ONS Foundation. Registration fees are due by August 12, 2011, for all accepted applicants
Meals
Participant meals will cost $275 per participant. Payable to ONS Foundation, this fee will cover breakfast, lunch, and breaks for three days, as well as two dinners. Dinner on Friday will be “on your own,” with a variety of options available within an easy shuttle ride of the hotel.
Lodging and Airfare
Accepted applicants will pay the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott directly for lodging and will be responsible for their own airfare.
Pittsburgh Airport Marriott pricing:
- Single room cost per night: $99
- A limited number of double rooms will be available at $99 per night if both applicants are accepted and request one another.
- You may also opt to room with a participant you don’t know based on availability.
- The Marriott provides a complementary shuttle from the Pittsburgh airport.
