Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in full (less a $20 processing fee) when requested before September 30. Fifty percent refunds will be made when requested between October 1 and October 28. No refunds will be made after October 28. Refunds will be processed four to six weeks after the conference.

Guest Passes

Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying conference registrant for his or her guests. The guest pass fee covers entrance into the commercial exhibit hall only. You can purchase them when you register for the IOL online or on site at the Registration desk.
