You must register for IOL prior to registering for your hotel. This will ensure that registered attendees get preference when booking their rooms. Requests received via fax or mail may take longer to process. 

Once you register for IOL, you will receive an access code that allows you to make your hotel accommodations.  If you register online, you will immediately receive a confirmation receipt containing the access code. If you register by phone, a customer service representative will give you your code. If you register via fax or mail, ONS Customer Service will email you the access code.

Once you receive your access code, make your hotel reservations here.

The deadline for housing is October 11, 2011. All hotel requests are processed on an availability basis. Please note that ONS Customer Service is unable to process any housing requests.

Reduced Airfares

Carlson-Wagonlit Travel (800-786-4857) is the official travel agency for ONS conferences. You can also make your travel arrangements on your own through the service of your choice.

Salt Lake City International Airport is approximately 7 minutes from the Convention Center, and  Marriott SLC Downtown; Hilton SLC Center and Radisson SLC Downtown  (ONS Housing Block Hotels).
