Late-Breaking Abstract Submission

Late-breaking research abstracts are being accepted until December 2, 2010 at 12 pm Eastern Time.

Each abstract will be reviewed by a group of Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) doctoral prepared volunteers with expertise in research, clinical trials, and translation of research into practice. Selection will be based solely on blind review.

The top four scored late-breaking research abstracts will be selected for presentation during a 90-minute podium session. This session provides a valuable opportunity to present late breaking research findings. Abstracts may be submitted for completed research only. Abstracts should report research findings not available at the time of the 11th National Conference on Cancer Nursing Research general abstract deadline (June 2010) and not published or previously presented nationally or internationally to a nursing audience. Research must be completed at time of submission and findings reported in the abstract.
