Thursday, 2/10, 11 am – 5 pm
Friday, 2/11, 7:30 am – 5 pm
Saturday, 2/12, 7:30 am – 12 noon

Confirmation Information

You will receive confirmation information within two weeks after your registration has been processed. If you do not receive your confirmation within this time frame, please contact ONS Customer Service.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in full (less a $20 processing fee) when requested before January 6, 2011. Fifty percent refunds will be made when requested between January 7, 2011, and January 27, 2011. No refunds will be made after January 27, 2011. Refunds will be processed 4–6 weeks after the conference.

Guest Passes

Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying registrant for his or her guests. The guest pass fee covers admission into the exhibit hall only. You can purchase them when you register for the Research Conference or on site at the Registration desk.
