Because of the size and length of the conference, ONS has not secured blocks of rooms for the conferences. However, please feel free to make room reservations on your own. We’ll be happy to have you there.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made in full (less a $20 processing fee) when requested by the below dates. No refunds will be made after that point. Refunds will be processed 4–6 weeks after the conference.
