Are you looking for ways to improve the quality and safety in your outpatient oncology practice? Are you recognized for the care that you provide? The QOPI® Certification Program (QCP™) recognizes medical oncology and hematology/oncology practices that are committed to delivering the highest quality cancer care.

We invite you to be part of this exciting workshop whether you are from a certified practice or from a non-certified practice considering certification. QCP™ evaluates an individual practice’s performance in areas that affect patient care and safety. QCP builds on ASCO’s QOPI® Program, which helps oncology practices evaluate the quality of the care they provide to patients relative to quality measures based on care guidelines, recommendations, and expert consensus. QCP™ provides a pathway for your practice to achieve and be recognized for meeting benchmarks on quality and to further evidence quality and safety within your practice by:

• Helping  your  Practice define its Structural Components: Policy & Procedures
• Observing your  Practice Performance and providing  feedback and targeted education
• Supporting collaborative efforts across sites of care to achieve Certification

Measures, scoring requirements, and structural standards are continually reassessed to maintain Certification rigor.
