Cancer Quality Alliance (CQA)
The Cancer Quality Alliance (CQA) fosters collaboration among diverse stakeholders to improve cancer care quality. By encouraging the sharing and implementation of measures, tools, and practical programs to improve quality, the Alliance seeks to become a national voice for the quality of cancer care. Members of the Alliance include cancer care providers, patient advocacy groups, certifying and accrediting organizations, public and private payers, federal agencies, foundations, and other national organizations involved in improving the quality of cancer care.

The Coalition for Patients' Rights (CPR)
The Coalition for Patients’ Rights (CPR) consists of organizations representing a variety of licensed health care professionals who provide a diverse array of safe, effective, and affordable health care services to millions of patients each year.

CPR seeks to counter efforts by the AMA Scope of Practice initiative that is designed to limit patients’ choice of health practitioners. With the growing demands on the American health system – including the aging population, health care provider shortages, spiraling costs and more than 45 million uninsured Americans – now is the time for all health care professionals to work together, not against one another, to advance the health and well-being of patients.  CPR was formed for the sake of patients—to ensure that the growing needs of the American health system can be met and that patients everywhere have access to quality health care providers of their choice.

Global Access Project (GAP)
The Global Access Project (GAP) is organized and operated by the National Patient Advocate Foundation (NPAF). GAP was formed following enactment of the Medicare Modernization Act (MMA) and convenes a broad array of cancer community stakeholders to discuss, study, and monitor the impact of the MMA on access to cancer care.

Health Professions Nursing Education Coalition (HPNEC)
The Health Professions and Nursing Education Coalition (HPNEC) is an informal alliance of organizations representing a variety of schools, programs, health professionals and students dedicated to educating professional health personnel and ensuring the health care workforce is trained to meet the needs of our diverse population. Together, the members of HPNEC advocate for adequate and continued support for the health professions and nursing education programs authorized under Titles VII and VIII of the Public Health Service Act.

National Coalition for Cancer Research (NCCR)
The National Coalition for Cancer Research (NCCR) is a coalition of cancer organizations joining together to advocate for cancer research. The Coalition includes organizations involved in cancer research, care, and advocacy. They collectively determine the priorities for national legislative advocacy positions and direct appeals for support for cancer research and quality patient care from the budgets of Federal agencies.

One Voice Against Cancer (OVAC)
One Voice Against Cancer (OVAC) a collaboration of national non-profit organizations representing millions of Americans, delivers a unified message to Congress and the White House on the need for increased cancer-related appropriations.  OVAC’s united front enhances each organization’s ability to attain the funding levels necessary to win the war on cancer and to equip those facing cancer with the tools they need to fight this deadly disease. One Voice Against Cancer commits its participating members to cooperative efforts that increase understanding of the need for both cancer research and application programs. At the same time, One Voice Against Cancer empowers its volunteers and those touched by cancer to deliver this message creatively and powerfully to policymakers.

The Pain Care Forum
The Pain Care Forum is a broad-based network representing patient advocates, nursing and physician associations, and medical institutes working to protect the rights of people with pain.   The Pain Care Forum includes nonprofit groups such as the American Cancer Society, the American Pain Foundation, the Pain Care Coalition (AAPM, American Headache Association, American Pain Society, and ASA), the National Pain Foundation, the American Chronic Pain Association, the device and drug manufacturing representatives, and others from the pain care and public health community.

Partners for Effective Tobacco Policy is a coalition of national organizations committed to reducing and prventing the staggering death and disease caused by tobacco use. No website for the coalition.
