Please note that advanced registration for the ONS Oncology Nurse Practitioner Conference is now closed. If you wish to register, you must do so onsite at the event.

Guest Passes
Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying Oncology Nurse Practitioner Conference registrant for his or her guest. The guest pass fee ($5 per day) covers entrance to the commercial exhibit hall only.

Refunds
To apply for an Oncology Nurse Practitioner Conference registration refund, send a written request and proof of payment to the ONS Meeting Services Team, 125 Enterprise Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15275-1214. Refunds will be made in full before October 10, 2005, less a $20 processing fee. Fifty percent refunds will be made between October 11, 2005, and November 9, 2005. No refunds will be made after November 9, 2005. Refunds will be processed 4– 6 weeks after the conference is held.
