Congress fees include attendance at the educational sessions and commercial exhibits. Participants will also receive a copy of the Congress syllabus, which includes complete session details, objectives, and key session slides as well as other helpful attendee information. You will also have the opportunity to register for optional preconference education, including pre-Congress sessions and preconference courses when you register for the conference. Guest PassesGuest passes must be purchased by a full-paying Congress registrant for his or her guests. The $10 guest pass fee covers entrance into the commercial exhibit hall only. Refund PolicyRefunds will be made in full (less a $20 processing fee) when requested before April 3. Fifty percent refunds will be made when requested between April 4 and April 17. No refunds will be made after April 17. Refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the conference. Contact ONS Customer Service for more information. |
