Free Shuttle Service for Attendees!

ONS will provide free transportation to attendees staying at any of the official Congress hotels.* Shuttle schedules will be available in your hotel lobby.

Congress Tip: If you made your hotel reservation independently outside of the Congress hotels, you’re still welcome to catch the attendee shuttle at any of the official Congress properties!

*The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, the Courtyard by Marriott, and the Hilton Garden Inn are a short walk from the Pennsylvania Convention Center, so shuttles won’t stop at these properties.

International Attendees

If you're heading to Philadelphia from outside the United States, it will benefit you to start planning ahead. Traveling internationally is more difficult than it once was, so arranging your visit early will help you make sure that you have everything you need to have a successful visit to the United States.

Visa Information

With recent changes in the immigration laws, the U.S. State Department advises that anyone who applies for a temporary visa to enter the U.S. should plan on the process taking significantly longer than it has in the past.
