Selected applicants will be notified in mid June and will received detailed information on the program then.

Program Costs
Submit a registration fee of $100 to ONS Foundation. Registration fees were due by June 3, 2008 for all accepted applicants.

Accepted applicants will pay Dolce Atlanta-Peachtree directly for lodging and ground transportation, and will be responsible for their own airfare.

Dolce Atlanta-Peachtree pricing:

• Single room package for the entire conference: $800.08
• Double room package (roommate requests will be honored if both applicants are accepted and request one another. You may also opt to room with a participant you don’t know): $630.60
• Shuttle from the airport to the conference center and back: $35 each way

• Scroll up to Section D
• Position the arrow within the link area
• Hold down your CTRL button and click your left mouse button
• In the Microsoft Office box click OK and the Assessment of Learning Needs should come up.
• Complete the questions and save as a word document.
• Submit application and assessment by June 3, 2008 to cdemarco@ons.org
