Program Costs

ONS will make room arrangements for all participants, based on the information we receive from your travel forms. Participants will pay The Woodlands directly for lodging and ground transportation either before the conference or on Oct. 25th, and depart no earlier than 2:30 pm on Sunday, October 25th.  Shuttle transportation is available to and from the airport (see pricing below).

UPDATED - The Woodlands pricing:

• Single room package for the entire conference: $540
• Double room package (roommate requests will be honored if both applicants are accepted and request one another. You may also opt to room with a participant you don’t know): $394.23 per person
• Shuttle between the airport and the conference center: $32 each way

If you would like to pre-pay by either check or credit card, you may do so directly with The Woodlands after ONS has made your room arrangement. Please note that all payments must be settled with the Woodlands no later than checkout on October 25th (payments cannot be accepted after this).
