ONS Selects Schoology to Enhance the Continuing Education of Members

The Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) is pleased to announce that it has selected the Schoology platform as its preferred learning management system. ONS will use Schoology to connect members to its latest research, training, and continuing education resources.

Schoology, the leading cloud-based, collaborative learning platform for K-20 classrooms, was selected based on its stellar reputation, robust product features, and user-friendly Application Programming Interface, which allows ONS to customize, integrate and extend features and functionality in Schoology with existing systems to provide its members with a powerful and seamless online learning experience.

“We were impressed with the flexibility and intuitiveness of the Schoology platform, as well as its commitment to the user experience,” said Michele Galioto, RN, MSN, ONS director of education. “Many of our members are full-time professionals who need quick and easy access to premium educational resources in an environment that meets their busy schedules, offering streamlined navigation and interactivity. Schoology’s depth of capabilities, ease of use, and platform scalability was a perfect fit for ONS.”

“We designed the Schoology platform to be intuitive for the faculty and students of all classroom structures and learning environments,” said Jeremy Friedman, CEO of Schoology. “Our work with ONS is a great example of Schoology’s universal utility and appeal to educators, students and administrators. We are proud to be working with ONS and are grateful to be a part of their commitment to continued education in nursing.”
