EBP Projects
Have you implemented a practice change at your work setting based on evidence? Do you want to make a change in your practice based one the evidence, but don't know how?
The ONS Evidence-Based Practice Resource Area Toolkit can help you. The Oncology Nursing Society is seeking examples of evidence-based practice changes that have been implemented to post on the Toolkit. These examples will assist nurses in making future changes, and will also recognize the work that nurses have done to improve oncology nursing-sensitive patient outcomes.
Listed below are the criteria that should be included in the description of your evidence-based practice project.
