Roberta Scofield Memorial Certification Awards (OC03)
Supported by Novartis Oncology
Award: As many as 50 registrations for an ONCC® certification examination or renewal via ONC-PRO.
Purpose: To support RNs in obtaining or renewing OCN®, AOCN®, or CPON® certification.
Selection Criteria: Candidates must demonstrate dedication to oncology nursing and a commitment to obtaining or renewing oncology nursing certification. Each candidate must be an active member of ONS or the Association of Pediatric Oncology Nurses and must be eligible to take the OCN®, AOCN®, or CPON® examination. Candidates must take the examination during the same year in which the award is given. For additional information please visit the Roberta Scofield Memorial Certification Award area of the ONCC website. Recipients will be chosen based on a 250-word essay.
*These awards are in memory of Roberta Scofield, the first president of ONCC®.
