Public Service Award (EX02)

Award: An acknowledgment gift, one coach airfare to Congress, and a one-day per diem.

Purpose: To recognize and support individuals who use their public prominence to have a positive impact on oncology services.

Selection Criteria: To be eligible for the award, the nominee must be a publicly prominent individual who has created, delivered, or promoted an oncology service that influenced public perceptions, attitudes, and awareness.

Application deadline is August 15, 2008.
