Education Resources: CNE Approver Unit

ONS is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

The ONS Continuing Education Application and Instructions have been revised to better reflect the current American Nurses Credentialing Center’s guidelines and address some of the most common questions and problems with the application process. Below you will find links to the new application, instructions and criteria used by the reviewers when evaluating CNE applications. Select an application format, complete, and submit to ONS for review.

Please be aware of the submission deadlines. Applications received after the appropriate deadline will not be processed and will be returned to the applicant. Retroactive approval cannot be granted.
