Neurotoxicity Clinical Resource Area

Peripheral neuropathy and cognitive impairment are potential oncologic complications of disease and treatment. These problems are disturbing and negatively impact the quality of life of patients at all stages of disease. Our knowledge about these problems is just emerging and our interventions result in mixed success. The problems related to toxicity of the neurological system remain a rich area for nursing research. This resource area provides a source of information on nuerotoxicities to nurses.
