Surgeon General's Tobacco Cessation Guideline
Clinical guidelines and recommended counseling techniques for treating tobacco use and dependence. The tobacco cessation guideline was developed by a consortium convened by the U.S. Public Health Service. More than 100 national organizations supported this effort.
