Cancer Institute (NCI)
This page from the NCI website provides information and links to organizations
across the nation that provide support and services for individuals and
families living with a cancer diagnosis. The list includes support groups,
information on financial assistance, exercise programs, fertility, and
several organizations devoted to supporting those with specific adult
and pediatric cancers.

National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO)
NHPCO's mission is to lead and mobilize social change to improve access
and care at the end of life.

This National Cancer Institute publication provides information about
coping with a diagnosis of cancer, and living each day to the fullest.
The
Wellness Community
This international organization is devoted to the support, education and
hope of people affected by cancer. All programs are free of charge. Services
include support groups, stress management sessions, educational programs,
exercise sessions and nutrition workshops. There are currently 21 sites
across the US and five in development. Sites are also located in Israel
and Japan.
