ONS Website Editorial Board

Description of Editorial Board Roles
The ONS Web site Editorial Board is comprised of an editor and seven associate editors. All of the board members have a strong oncology background, have demonstrated leadership skills, and are, at a minimum, master's-prepared. Some members are doctorally prepared. With the exception of the editor, this is a volunteer board.

The board is responsible for reviewing links to external web sites and developing content within the ONS Website (www.ons.org) and the Cancer Symptoms Website (www.cancersymptoms.org). The board works with many leaders within the Oncology Nursing Society to develop and gather new content for www.ons.org and www.cancersymptoms.org that is closely linked to the overall mission of promoting excellence in oncology nursing and quality cancer care.
