Weather
Average temperatures in Orlando during late April/early May run from a low of 74o to a high of 86o. Even though Florida temperatures are warm, you may want to bring a sweater. Safety
It is always suggested that you walk in pairs when traveling around the city.

Hotel Information
Special hotel ONS rates for Congress attendees are only available through the Orlando Housing Bureau (OHB). Fax or mail the official housing reservation form. to the OHB. Phone reservations will be taken at 866-870-2419.

Be sure to contact the OHB and not the individual hotels to take advantage of the special Congress pricing. Complete information on how to reserve your room is available on the housing reservation form.

Guest Passes
Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying Congress registrant for his or her guests. The guest pass fee ($5 per day or $10 for three days) covers entrance into the commercial exhibit hall only. You can order your guest pass online when you register for Congress. If you are not registering online, click here to download the guest pass order form.

Refunds
To apply for a Congress or Pre-Congress registration refund, please send a written request and proof of payment to the ONS Meeting Services Team at 125 Enterprise Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15275-1214.

Refunds will be made in full before March 22, 2005 (less a $20 processing fee). Fifty percent refunds will be made between March 23, 2005, and April 12, 2005. No refunds will be made after April 12, 2005. Refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after Congress is held.

Shuttle Information
When you arrive at Orlando International Airport, present your coupon at a Mears Motor Shuttle ticket counter. After redeeming your coupon, present your ticket to the Mears “Starter” located on level 1 at the curb. The starter will direct you to your designated shuttle. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes 24/7. Please make a return shuttle reservation one day prior to your departure by calling the number listed on your ticket. You should allow three hours prior to your flight time for your transfer to the airport.
