IOL conference fees include attendance at the educational sessions and commercial exhibits. Participants will also receive a copy of the IOL syllabus, which includes complete session details, objectives, and key session slides as well as other helpful attendee information. You will also have the opportunity to register for special preconference programming when you register for the conference.

Guest Passes
Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying IOL registrant for his or her guests. The guest pass fee ($5 per day or $10 for three days) covers entrance into the commercial exhibit hall only. Purchase your guest pass when you register online or using the official IOL conference registration form.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in full (less a $20 processing fee) when requested before October 10. Fifty percent refunds will be made when requested between October 11 and November 7. No refunds will be made after November 7. Refunds will be processed 4–6 weeks after the conference. Contact ONS Customer Service for more information.
