IOL fees include attendance at the educational sessions and commercial exhibits. may register for the IOL Virtual Meeting onsite in Tampa or online.
Important Registration Instructions for IOL 2009
If you registered before November 4, you will receive your conference confirmation letter via email. Look for a high priority email with the subject line "ONS IOL Conference Registration Information 2009." Please print the e-mail and bring it with you to the ONS registration desk in the Tampa Convention Center to receive your name badge and other conference materials. Your name badge will not be sent in the mail this year.
Please provide your current email address on the IOL registration form. To ensure you receive your e-mail registration confirmation, add IOL@compusystems.com to your e-mail address book, contact list, or safe list to avoid it being labeled as spam. Please contact ONS Customer Service with any questions.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in full (less a $20 processing fee) when requested before October 1, 2009. Fifty percent refunds will be made when requested between October 2, 2009 and November 7, 2009. No refunds will be made after November 7, 2009. Refunds will be processed 4–6 weeks after the conference.
