Mentor
ONS leaders have historically shown a strong commitment to give back. If you are a former leader and have time to share your experience with future leaders, this program is a definitely must. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership, offer professional support, strengthen your coaching skills, and help groom mentees for future leadership positions within the Society, in the community, and at their institutions.
