All other materials originally published by the Oncology Nursing Society are protected under U.S. copyright law. If you wish to reprint or photocopy other materials please e-mail pubpermissions@ons.org. All requests must be made in writing. Please include the complete reference information including the name, author(s), source, and date of publication. Please specify the quantity that will be (re)produced and the purpose of the reproduction. If adapting, please supply a sample of how the newly published material would appear. Fees may apply.
