ONS Foundation Funding Opportunities

ONS Foundation Research Fellowship Award (RE02) provides funding of $20,000 for both beginning and established researchers.  Applications are due June 15, 2008.  For details or an application, click here.
   
2008 ONS Foundation/National Lung Cancer Partnership Lung Cancer Research Grant
Applications are invited for lung cancer grant proposals that address high-priority topic areas identified by the 2005-2009 ONS Research Agenda. One $50,000 two-year grant award is available. Applications are due May 1, 2008. Click here for more information and an application.

International Cancer Research Portfolio
The ONS Foundation has joined together in a partnership with other cancer research funders from the United States and the United Kingdom to classify ONS Foundation funded studies using the Common Scientific Outline (CSO). The CSO is a classification system organized around seven broad areas of scientific interest in cancer research. The International Cancer Research Portfolio (ICRP) allows users to search, browse and sort cancer research by type of cancer, area of research, or funding organization. Currently, the ICRP provides information on ONS Foundation studies funded in 2002 - 2004. We are pleased that ONS Foundation supported research projects are included in the ICRP and encourage you to review the web site.
