What to expect ONS Bridge virtual conference

The 2022 virtual ONS Bridge™ conference returns this fall on September 13 and 15! ONS Bridge is where oncology nurses, educators, and leaders can learn about the latest and greatest in the oncology setting! This year’s conference offers up to 20 nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) contact hours in a mix of live and on-demand sessions, all of which can be attended in front of your computer screen.

As a frontline oncology nurse working 40-plus hours a week, I always had to take days off from work to be able to attend in-person ONS national conferences. The beauty of ONS Bridge is that it is virtual and offers recordings of each session even after the conference concludes, allowing me to view any that I may have missed. I can gain the knowledge pertinent to the frontline oncology nurse—virtually.

This year’s conference will focus on updates to therapy and care coordination. It will also provide interactive roundtables on two bonus dates, September 14 and 22. These roundtable discussions will provide opportunities to meet with members of ONS, the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC), and the Oncology Nursing Foundation from the comfort of your own home or office.

Do not miss out on this exciting opportunity to learn about the latest advances in oncology nursing while you brush up on your current skills and network with peers. Learn more at ons.org/bridge; registration opens late July 2022.
