Have you been working on a quality improvement project, research study, or workflow redesign and want to share your outcomes with like-minded oncology nurses? Were you hoping to have enough of your work completed to submit your abstract earlier this year, but life/work/the pandemic got in the way? Well, you’re not alone.

We know these initiatives can take many months, even years, to complete so if you missed the September 30 deadline, you’re in luck! You have one more opportunity to submit your abstract for the 47th Annual ONS Congress in any of the submission categories! Even if your project is in progress and your outcomes are preliminary, your work is important and of great interest to others.

Abstracts represent the grassroots work being done by oncology nurses from all types of oncology settings. Abstracts often start as an idea or a question or a desire to improve patient care that then grows into a project or study, eventually leading to meaningful change and improvement.

By sharing your innovative and transformational outcomes with other oncology nurses, you can impact the care of patients beyond your institution, state, and potentially even country. The best way to do this is by submitting an abstract!

Abstracts can be submitted through 11:59 pm ET on January 13, 2022, so don’t delay! Submit your project and become part of an oncology nursing movement focused on improving patient care—one abstract at a time.

All great journeys start with a first step, so let your abstract submission to ONS Congress be your first step!

Submit your abstract today and don’t forget to register for ONS Congress by March 10, 2022, to save with early-bird pricing.
