The Developing a Culture of Quality course provides you with a quality improvement educational program addressing resources and tools that may be used to improve the quality and safety of the patient care delivered in their practice setting. The course addresses the nursing role in quality and the use of practice improvement tools to incorporate the best (scientifically tested) interventions into patient care workflows.

Participants will demonstrate knowledge of quality concepts and the PDSA process by submitting a plan for quality initiatives.
This course is appropriate for nursing students, oncology nurses, nurses working in non-oncology settings, and other members of the health care delivery team.
