Creating Your Schedule

ONS Bridge goes live on September 12 and 14, 2023, but our digital platform allows you to prepare for the conference today. After logging in, click on “Build My Schedule” in the menu bar to add sessions to your personalized itinerary, watch recorded sessions, and join the live roundtable discussions on September 13, 2023. In the schedule builder, you’ll also find a preferred time zone drop-down menu for the entire list, so you can see what time the sessions will run where you are, as well as the following buttons on each individual session:

  • Attend Session, which allows you to hop right into a live session
  • Add to Calendar to add sessions to your personal calendar
  • Add to Itinerary, which keeps track of the sessions you’re interested in so you can join them directly when each session goes live. Note: Some of the industry-sponsored symposia may be held on an external platform. You can add those sessions to your itinerary, but you’ll be taken to an external link when you join the session.

ONS Bridge’s many sessions range from traditional nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) programs to industry-supported symposia to live roundtables. You can meet with exhibitors during dedicated hours on ONS Bridge’s live dates, explore the virtual learning hall, and attend theater presentations in the afternoons. You can also connect with exhibitors through their pages anytime during the conference to ask questions, learn more about their products and services, and obtain resources.

If you would like to attend something after its presentation time, most educational sessions are available as recorded sessions 48 hours later. However, roundtable sessions are only offered live so you can chat in real time with your peers and representatives from ONS, ONCC, Oncology Nursing Foundation, and the ONS Board of Directors. I am most excited for the 2 pm ET roundtable session, “Ask the Experts: Get Answers to Your Clinical Questions.”

To earn your NCPD contact hours, complete the evaluation for each session you attend. NCPD contact hours from ONS Bridge may be used for your ONCC certification renewal. Individual learning needs assessment (ILNA) categories can be found on the ILNA Cheat Sheet featured in the ONCC Booth. The deadline to submit your NCPD evaluation is October 24, 2023, at 11:59 pm ET—mark your calendar!

Get a detailed overview on how to navigate the ONS Bridge platform by watching the ONS Bridge 101 presentation, and live support is available during the conference via the Help and FAQs section.

If you have not yet registered, there’s still time! Register now so that you don’t miss out on any of these exciting learning opportunities and events.
