Marcus Henderson, MSN, RN, lecturer from the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Family and Community Health, director-at-large on the American Nurses Association’s board of directors, and member of the National Commission to Address Racism in Nursing, joins Stephanie Jardine, BSN, RN, oncology clinical specialist at ONS, to discuss how to eradicate discrimination and inequity within the nursing profession. Henderson presented on the topic during his keynote session for the ONS Bridge™ virtual conference in September 2021.
